     Designed for centralized and decentralized control of distributed objects networks for electro-, water-, heat- and gas supply from one (central) dispatch station or central regional and local control stations.

• supported meters and counting devices – all that have standard impulse output, standard open protocols and available at the market inquiry drivers;

     ASSC corresponds two separate independent systems – System of settlements with consumers of industrial and unprofitable sectors and system of settlements with consumers of domestic sector.
     The systems oriented for the settlements with consumers for electric energy, but also can be readjusted for other resources types.
     The systems are designed for manuals-keeping, filing, accounting, automatic or manual data input from the meters, calculation, payment receipt, invoices submitting, references, static and financial reporting.
     Basic characteristics:
• number of consumers – tens of thousands for industrial and hundreds of thousands for domestic subscribers;
• interface with SQL databases;
• possibility of data automatic input in ASCII format;
• interface is adapted for the same-type information input;
