AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF POWER RESOURCES CONTROL AND COUNTING (ASPRCC)

     Automated System of Power Resources Control and Counting – ASPRCC (according to new standard – Automated information-measuring system - AIMS) provides commercial and technical accounting, operative control of the load, commercial and operative control of power resources consumption and release, solutions making support during power consumption planning and working out of energy-efficiency policy.

     Functions of the system:

• Automatic operative control and accounting of power resources consumption parameters for every accounting point (group) with preset control period.
• Accounting parameters storage with additional possibility of information achieving on external magnetic medium (with achieve depth, defined by general capacity of using magnetic mediums).
• Ensuring of the multirate (up to 4 rate-zones during 24-hours) counting of electrical energy consumption.
• Ensuring of the control for energy saving limits adherence.
• Output of counted parameters to the station and/or printing device on operator request.
• Maintenance of universal system time with ability of its correcting.

     Consumption parameters:

• Considers the following consumption parameters for every group and point of counting;
• consumed electrical energy value (separately for the rate-zones and totally 24-hours, month, year);
• consumed heating power, water and gas (totally for 24-hours, month, year);
• equivalent values of all meters indications for electrical energy, heating power, water and gas for every 24h beginning (consumed power separately for the rate-zones);
• Value of the average consumed effective power for every lag;
• Maximum values and fixation time of (with average lag which is equal to the control period) consumed effective power for each 3-minutes intervals since the 24h beginning (totally for 24-hours, month, year);
• Actual power limit value, estimated base load, allowed load and deviation of actual load from allowed load value (calculates for all counting groups for each time log, beginning is multiple and duration is equal to the control period).
