KHARTEP Company joined MUST-IPRA Corporation in early 2000. The core workforce was formed of the highly-skilled specialists of KHARTRON, a joint-stock company that had several years experience in the field of creating automated control systems for terrestrial objects and space vessels.
The Company operates in conformity with the existing statutory regulations – the Enterprise holds a license for the entire package of works relating to development and implementation of control systems. The governmental intellectual property rights certificates protect the hardware/software packages originated in KHARTEP. The entire work package relating to the development and implementation of control systems is being carried out under control of the quality management system which has been awarded a certificate of compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2001 (UkrSEPRO No. UA2.003.575, BVQI (VERITAS Bureau) No. 130743).
The primary activities of the Company are directed at:

Automated control systems of settlements with industrial and private consumers (billing systems);
Automated control systems of technological processes;
LAN and corporate networks;
Special-purpose training complexes;
Automatics and workstations for systems based on hydro-vortex reactors;
Satellite navigation, landing and localization systems;
MANUFACTURING ACTIVITIES:
Producing of automation equipment for energy supply facilities (communication module, channel adapter, RTU);
Design and supply of dispatcher panels;
Fabrication of intelligent gas meters.
